Do you have a business that offers high quality, one of a kind finds? Do you enjoy everything shabby, chic, barn wood, rusty, vintage, western, custom made, farmhouse, garden, boutique, rustic, handmade, local, and unique? Do you appreciate participating in events with others who offer unique finds, and love creating the ultimate experience for shoppers who seriously love these kind of events? At Star Route Home Decor & More, we are looking to create a memorable event for attendees. Nestled out on an old country road, beneath the trees between our pastures, is our barn and event space in the Mohawk Valley of Oregon. Our goal is to find vendors who like unique venues, who see our vision, and have exciting goods to offer our guests. We look forward to having you join us as one of the stars of our market which will offer a wonderful vendor experience.

Historically we have hosted our barn market for our own refurbished goods, and 5 years ago in 2020 we wanted to try something new and invite other vendors to join us. With an excellent turn out year after year, we are excited to host our 5th annual multi-vendor event in 2024! Our goal is to have as many vendors as possible (at least 40!) as well as local food and coffee vendors. This event will be well advertised, and vendor names will be listed on our page. We will have live music Friday evening featuring local band Daddy Rabbit.

Please Note: Bring your vendor tents for this outdoor event! All booths will be outside around the barn. Although we will have power available in our barn, we may not have power available at each booth. If you have battery powered lanterns or lighting options for your booth, we encourage you to bring that for the later hours on Friday evening. We will have the big outdoor lights on at the barn as well. Wi-Fi is available and will be ready to use. Each booth is a minimum of a 12x12 space. Vendors will pay a flat rate of $110 for both days, regardless of booth size needed. Please let us know how much space you will require so we can plan booths and distancing as needed. If you need a place to stay overnight, vendors are welcome to bring campers or trailers and stay overnight in the field if desired. There will be a list of nearby hotels provided in the vendor welcome email for your reference as well. Please let us know what questions you have, and what you will need from us in order for you to prepare for a successful event.

Please fill out the application below as soon as possible to reserve your space at the Star Route Barn Market. You will be directed to the booth payment page after filling out the application. Your booth fee payment will secure your place as as vendor. You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of receipt of the application to welcome you to the event. Please monitor your spam folder just in case it gets redirected. If you do not receive an email response within 24 hours, please email us at starroutehomedecor@gmail.com. If you have any issues with website payment options or payment processing, please contact us. We will work with you to secure payment in other ways if there are issues with the website.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A STRICT NO MONEY BACK CANCELLATION POLICY! We work very hard to secure the right kind of vendors for our market, and it is hard to find last minute replacements.
